disabled rooms refurbished

July, 2006 Novotel Northbeach, the stunning South Coast hotel, is proud to present its newly refurbished disabled rooms. The soft refurbishment introduces a range of new furnishings to disabled guest rooms such as a carers bed and linen, open wardrobe facilities and upgrades to bathroom facilities.

Guest feedback whether positive or negative is vital to any business. Novotel Northbeach is proactive in responding to all guest feedback. In the case of a past guest sending feedback in regards to the hotels disabled guest room facilities a need was identified for the provision of a 'carers bed'.

Novotel Northbeach's General Manager and the Housekeeping and Engineering Team met and actively sourced all new bedding and fittings to make the necessary upgrades. New single beds, bed fittings, valances and bed heads were added to the room.
