  Served on the Conference floor, we offer a cold lunch buffet comprising of a selection of sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit and Australian cheeses served with freshly brewed coffee, tea and fruit juices.
• Sandwiches your way
  A selection of mixed breads and wraps, selection of cold meats, smoked salmon and grilled vegetables, seasonal salads and condiments, seasonal fruit selection and a cheese platter with lavosh and dried fruit and nuts.
• Windjammers lunch time feast
  Treat your delegates to a gourmet lunch buffet including selections of hot and cold food, and our signature selection of the freshest prawns and oysters available.
